Returns of unopened items are accepted for any reason within 14 days of receipt.  Before returning any items you must contact us first.  You will be given a return authorization number which must be included with the returned items.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
